I am so disappointed in my haircut. I paid good money for this, AND tipped 30%.
I put my glasses on to look at the cut before I left and it looked just fine. I got home and took my glasses off and this is what I saw.
Awful.
The stylist was nice, so I would’ve given her two stars, but she didn’t tell me she messed up. There’s no way she didn’t know. So now here I am with ugly hair. 🙈
Ali has been doing my hair for 3 years and she never disappoints. All of my kids see her as well and refuse to see anyone else. She is absolutely amazing at what she does!
Today I had a very bad experience, it all started on Sunday.
I arrived very excited with my long hair hoping for a positive change in my appearance. the natural color of my hair is black with some gray and had a little brown tint at the ends.
the result was a platinum blonde with almost white spots with light brown tones and the haircut like that the brave Prince, my blouse completely discoloring, the back of my hair with tips as if my little grandioso had cut it off.
It is sad to pay almost $300.00 for this when what I wanted was the bob cut and a brown color in my hair, and to a girl who said that the repair only gave her a darker and shorter tone shorter my hair is sad that this happens.

I have been going to this location of Texas Hair Team for over a decade and Ali has been my go-to stylist ever since! I get my hair cut about once a month and it’s always quality service. I can’t recommend her enough!
I had a scheduled appointment for color, cut and a keratin treatment. I drove over an hour to get to the salon. When I was ten minutes away I got a text that the stylist had an emergency. I was then told that no one could see me until 2:15. Stephanie was exceptionally rude !
Amber is honestly the best took my mother to get her hair done and it looks amazing ✨✨ she can turn anyone’s hair into a piece of art ❤️❤️❤️
I have been going to get my hair done and colored by Stephanie for the last three years. She is always amazing at squeezing me in because my work schedule is so hectic. She’s always incredibly sweet, funny, and professional. Of course, my hair always comes out perfect (or i wouldn’t keep coming back lol). Everyone at the salon is so friendly that for the first time in my life, I actually enjoy getting my hair done and the salon experience. It’s always full of laughs and friendly faces. Maria always helps me get tinsel in my hair, which looks extra cute and I get compliments on it all the time. I love all the ladies here!
I love coming here to have my hair cut and styled! Ali always does a great job and makes me look my best! 10/10 would recommend!
Stephanie, in particular, is such a talented stylist, I just won't go anywhere else. She's always willing to listen to what I'm looking for and will make it happen. She's great about making suggestions about my style, hair care or products if I ask for guidance. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I recommend this location 100%.
